UCL refurbishment successfully handed over

We have successfully completed and handed over the newly refurbished offices and study areas within the Pearson and Lewis Buildings at the University College London (UCL) . The client is delighted that we have delivered the works one week ahead of programme and with minimal disruption.

UCL is one of the world’s leading universities, founded in London to open up education to all on equal terms and produces outstanding research and innovative solutions.

This fast track refurbishment work project included internal demolition, alterations and subsequent fit out works including internal partitions and doors, wall, floor and ceiling finishes.

Speaking at handover, WSP project manager, Geoff Potter said: “I’m very satisfied with Logan. The 12 week refurbishment project was handed over in just 11 weeks. Very capable and professional team with good communication from start to finish. Excellent delivery to programme, cost and quality. This was an excellent and professionally run project, delivered to meet all client expectations and requirements. Well done!”
