We are delighted to announce that following another successful tender for University College London (UCL), Logan Construction has been awarded the contract for the Maple House refurbishment project.
The Maple House project comprises of the refurbishment of rooms 707 and 713 on the 7th floor, to provide office accommodation for the Institute of Innovation and Public Purpose, a new UCL Institute, founded and directed by Mariana Mazzucato, Professor in the Economics of Innovation and Public Value. The project also includes adaptions to an existing glazed partition in room 711 to provide a new meeting room.
Speaking about the recent UCL appointment, William Logan, managing director said: “We are delighted to be able to continue our excellent working relationship with UCL, which we have worked very hard to develop over the years. Our appointment as contractor for the Maple House refurbishment project, will further enhance this relationship and we look forward to handing over yet another high quality project for them.”
