Bridge House student accommodation

Providing education for 20,000 students, Kingston University London is constantly striving to provide excellent education and services. Bridge House provides furnished study bedrooms arranged in individual flats, with up to eight other students offering shared kitchen facilities.

Quality through design:
The works involve full refurbishment of student accommodation rooms, including kitchens, shower rooms, WC’s and corridors.

Shower rooms and WC’s comprise stripping of existing fixtures and fittings, with new fixtures and fittings being installed inclusive of purpose made shower pods, new flooring and finishes throughout.

Full refurbishment of kitchens include new fixtures and fittings, inclusive of new flooring and decorating throughout. Also the provision for new extract hoods to kitchens and a new dirty extract fan to replace the existing fan on the roof.

All lighting to be renewed throughout the facility.
