New Energy Efficient Four Bedroom Town House

The Trustee's of Morden College

This sustainable build project was to construct a new energy efficient home on the site of an old timber building located at Blackheath, London. The building features a number of energy efficient technologies including heating, lighting and materials, reducing it’s carbon footprint and introducing running cost savings to the client.

Situated on a very tight site the logistics required careful planning to facilitate demolition, excavation and levelling.

Following renewal of all main services, we constructed a split level four bedroom house with Sedum roof, oak insulated cladding, energy efficient heating and lighting and specialist powder coated glazing.

High quality fittings complimented by luxury kitchens and bathrooms feature internally, with heated floors and timber doors.
The building was designed and built to achieve BREEAM Very Good rating.
